Field research bundle Stardew Valley?

The Field Research Bundle in Stardew Valley is one of the six bundles you'll need to complete in the Community Center's Bulletin Board room to restore this vital hub of Pelican Town.

What Items Are Required?

The Field Research Bundle requires four specific items that showcase your knowledge of the valley's diverse ecosystem:

- Purple Mushroom - Found in the mines (floors 95-120) or grown in mushroom caves

- Nautilus Shell - Discovered on the beach during winter or obtained through crab pots

- Chub - A common fish caught in mountain lake or cindersap forest river

- Frozen Geode - Mined from floors 41-79 in the mines

Tips for Completing This Bundle

Purple Mushrooms

The most challenging item is often the Purple Mushroom. Visit mine levels 95-120 regularly, or choose the mushroom cave option when Demetrius offers to convert your cave. The mushroom cave provides a renewable source of various mushrooms, including purple ones.

Nautilus Shells

Check the beach daily during winter months, as Nautilus Shells wash up randomly. Alternatively, use crab pots in ocean water for a chance to catch one.

Chub and Frozen Geodes

Chub are relatively easy to catch with basic fishing skills. Frozen Geodes are common mining rewards, so you'll likely collect several while searching for Purple Mushrooms.

Bundle Reward

Completing the Field Research Bundle rewards you with a Recycling Machine, which converts trash items into useful resources like refined quartz, cloth, and coal.

Strategic Timing

Plan to work on this bundle during your first winter when Nautilus Shells appear on the beach and you have time for extensive mining. The Field Research Bundle is essential for completing the Bulletin Board room, which unlocks the bus to Calico Desert. Ready to tackle the other Community Center bundles and discover what rewards await in each room?
